Fixed-Pole Systems
DH Solar also offers "Fixed-Pole" systems for situations where "tracking" the arc of the sun is not possible due to trees, buildings, etc. A vertical seasonal adjustment in the Spring and Fall allows for improved efficiency and only takes a few seconds to do. The frame and mounting system is similar to our tracker frame and designed for all-weather locations.
Many sizes and configurations are available to fit any budget or location.

Because of buildings and obstructions, people often choose to install
our fixed-pole system with a seasonal adjustment.
It can easily be cranked to the winter or summer position to be more
efficient than systems that cannot move. Another advantage is that
they can be placed close together without shadowing each other---and, of
course, the system has a lower cost and is maintenance-free.
